REGISTRATION
& REQUIREMENTS
When you specify import requirements, approximate budget and country of
destination, we respond with a few samples and price quotes. If you accept our proposal, we
prepare a purchase agreement and require a deposit. We cannot
unfortunately place bids or initiate purchase
without advance funds. If we were to
fail our mission, the deposit is entirely
refundable

HANDLING & SHIPPING DEPOSIT
To purchase cars, we need a deposit.
For customers to know in advance their total costs,
the handling & shipping
deposit covers all fees & charges for securing, export processing &
delivery.
If you wish to only receive car trade information, without purchases,
deposit is US$300, deductible from handling & shipping
deposit full amount, when you decide to purchase

BIDS & PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS
For
fixed price sales, the first person to accept indicated/asking price wins the
car. In the case of bidding auctions sales, customer specify a price range
and limits. We acknowledge reception of
bids and manually verify everything before proceeding. Results are
confirmed as soon as available

FAILED,
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE
|
Since
internet auction bids require human intervention in the hall, modified bids,
cancelled bids and failed bids are charged ¥1000 each. These are
added to your final auction invoice (below). It is not possible to
modify or cancel a bid, after auction starts.

SUCCESSFUL
PURCHASE INVOICE
In addition to car price, a 5% national sales
tax, must be paid to the selling party. There is no other cost to
worry about. Everything else until delivery, was already paid with
the initial deposit.

HANDLING,
PROCESSING to EXPORT & SHIPPING
To
remove all risk of unexpected costs, special charges or fluctuating
shipping rates, the initial deposit includes fees for transfers,
documentation, customs, insurance & international ocean freight
charges. As soon as your car invoice is paid, we initiate export
procedures on the next vessel to
destination, at no extra cost
A
few days after departure, we forward documents via courier.
Sailing onboard dedicated multi decked car carriers, vehicles are
insured while in transit & never exposed to sea wind & spray
